Absolutely! Therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs and interests.

How do I know if therapy is working?

You’ll recognize that therapy is working by noticing a heightened sense of self-awareness. This is the first step in creating positive change!

How much does an individual session cost?

50 min therapy sessions vary in price depending on the age of the client. A sliding scale fee can be applied on a case by case basis.

Ages 25+ 900 kr/50 min

Ages 15-24 750 kr/50 min

How much does a support group session cost?

Support group sessions are purchased as a 12-week package for 3 600 kr.
